The idiots at the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission, a regulatory agency, is considering whether or not blogging is a form of lobbying:

"Blogger beware? State regulators are wondering whether online political activism amounts to lobbying, which could force Web-based activists to file public reports detailing their finances.
In a collision of 21st century media and 1970s political reforms, the inquiry hints at a showdown over press freedoms for bloggers, whose self-published journals can shift between news reporting, opinion writing, political organizing and campaign fundraising.
State officials are downplaying any possible media rights conflict, pointing out that regulators have already exempted journalistic blogging from previous guidelines for online campaign activity."

But the blogosphere is taking the notion seriously. One prominent liberal blogger in Seattle is already issuing a dare - if the government wants David Goldstein to file papers as a lobbyist, it will have to take him to court.
Goldstein, publisher of the widely read horsesass.org, wants to know how his political crusades could be subject to financial disclosures while newspaper writers, radio hosts and others in traditional media get a pass.
For most bloggers, Goldstein said, the work "is a hobby, a sideline. And yet they contribute greatly to the public debate and to the new journalism."

I may disagree with Mr.Goldstein political views but he is right on this. Good for him for challenging the state with this. Notice that the stupid a-wipe that wrote this article is saying that radio host are getting a pass. Last I check, The idiot Democrats in DC were trying to Pass the "Hush Rush Bill" aka , the (Un)Fairness Doctrine. Back on topic, until state which I call my home can have a election were three recounts (where the Democrat gain and finds more votes in those recounts) aren't needed to win an election for the Democrats. Then I will take them seriously. Until then they can bite me!

Anti-Prop 8 Protest

Look if it isn't the yaoi/yuri fangirls who made it to protest for gay marriage. If you don't know what yaoi/yuri is then I will write about what it is later, but to say it short its nothing but sick sh*t promoted to, you guess it, young girls. Most of these girls claim to be straight and have demented sexual fantasy mostly straight characters from something then they turned them gay or pair them with someone from the same sex. In real world they are mostly closeted gays or have repressed homosexual desires which is funny because a lot of them HATE women and seeing what they look like, no guy would ever want them or to be part of their sick fantasies. Then again most yaoi/yuri fangirls hate men and (yes) women anyway.(Mostly out of jealousy.) In short, their nothing but a bunch of sick, perverted freaks!

I know I can't believe you guys actually protest about worthless crap.

Didn't a vote of in the House vote of 250-172 as well as the Senate vote of 71-20 pass the Civil Rights of 1968. Also more people were for the Civil Rights then against it( Like great late actor Charles Heston).

Of course the number one supporters of gays, so called "Straight Women". I don't know why so many women love gay men. I guess they just like having a girlfriend with a penis who into fashion and makeup and other crap. Me, no thank you, I like manly men not sissy men.

Jesus also spoke out against homosexuality: : "From the beginning of the creation G-d made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh... What therefore God has joined together, let no man put asunder."(Matthew 19:4-6) Which means in English G-d intended man to be heterosexual. What Took So Fricken Long?

Today a school in New York Hempstead school district was renamed today in honor of Barack Obama and I thought that you generally name stuff like schools, roads, bridges, etc, posthumously and after someone had actually, you know, accomplished something:

"It was only a matter of time. A New York school has been renamed in honor of President-elect Barack Obama.The former Ludlum Elementary School, in Long Island's Hempstead Union Free School District, was renamed at a school board meeting Thursday - effective immediately."

How dare they make Dear Leader wait that long for something to be named after him. Their excuse is that the school is made of mostly minorities andthat Obama is a great source of pride. Yay, a metro-sexual markist lair and narricasit is a great source of pride for kids. Meanwhile in totally unrelated news, a school board member from the same school is now a fugitive from the law.

"A Hempstead school board member, evidently depressed over his impending arrest, skipped out on an appointment to surrender yesterday and was still missing last night as the board called for his resignation."Now he's a fugitive in my book," Nassau Assistant District Attorney Cliff Brock said of board member Terry Grant, 49, a dentist with two children. Hello everyone. Its me C.G.G. I know its been so long since I last posted on here. It just I have been busy with getting my G.E.D and my diver licence as well as dealing with my health. You see I have O.C.D and Asperger's(which cause me to have anxiety) as well as serious depression which I had to be hospitalize for since I tried to commit suicide several times in the past year. So I have been working hard to overcome my hardships in the past month and I hope to blog more soon.
P.S: The guys in the drawing from left to right are Terra, Ven and Aqua. The three new characters in the new Kingdom Hearts game coming out in 2009. Am already counting the days till its out. LOL!
