The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, which first rolled off the presses in 1863 and has been the state's longest-publishing newspaper, is up for sale.
The newspaper's staff was called into a closed meeting today by Publisher Roger Oglesby. Present at the meeting was Hearst Newspaper President Steve Swartz, who told the newsroom that Hearst Corp. is starting a 60-day process to find a buyer.
If a buyer is not found, Swartz said, possible options include creating an all-digital operation with a greatly reduced staff, or closing its operations entirely.
In no case will Hearst continue to publish the P-I in printed form, Swartz said.
Regardless, he said, if no buyer is found, the P-I as a newspaper will not publish after the two months is up.
Swartz discounted rumors that Hearst, the P-I's owner since 1921, was interested in buying The Seattle Times newspaper.
He said the P-I has had operating loses since 2000, losing around $14 million this past year. Greater losses are anticipated this year, he said.

"P-I breaking news editor Candace Heckman said the staff appeared stunned in the newsroom after the meeting.

Today a school in New York Hempstead school district was renamed today in honor of Barack Obama and I thought that you generally name stuff like schools, roads, bridges, etc, posthumously and after someone had actually, you know, accomplished something:

Hello everyone. Its me C.G.G. I know its been so long since I last posted on here. It just I have been busy with getting my G.E.D and my diver licence as well as dealing with my health. You see I have O.C.D and Asperger's(which cause me to have anxiety) as well as serious depression which I had to be hospitalize for since I tried to commit suicide several times in the past year. So I have been working hard to overcome my hardships in the past month and I hope to blog more soon.

I heard Biden was a gaffe machine as well as arrogant and I have a feeling that Obama picked Biden as his running mate just to make himself look better by comparison. But this takes the cake:

In a stupid business move which is going to make them lose thousands. Hallmark( who are way over price for a crappy card that only be read once then thrown in the trash) decide to make a bold move and sale gay "marriage cards".

Which is quite interesting since Cain was the son of Adam and Eve. So maybe Adam and Eve were the first humans of their kind to display a sense of good and evil as well as modern intelligence. Don't get me wrong, I in no way side with the despicable Discovery Institute or any Intelligent Design bill or group. The teaching of creationism is not science. Granted.
The teaching of evolution is the teaching of existence being random chance. Period.
So which is it? Magic man in the sky? Or absolute 1 in a trillion quadrillion lottery that this all happened? Both are wrong, but there are elements of truth to each. However what I have been noticing is that Charles seems to be writing history. I came across quite a bit of bloggers that post their likes and dislikes so I thought why not, sounds like fun. So here are stuff I hate, loathe or can't stand(and when mean hate I mean HATE!:

1. Yaoi and yuri and their fan girls/boys. ( Nothing but gay perverted shit from perverted girls and boys with unhealthily sexual fantasy who are really gay men or gay women trap in women or mens bodies but I shouldn't say that because that is totally unfair to gays because not even gay dudes or gals are as into that gay crap as yoai or yuri fan girls/boys . Even gay dudes and gals are like, "Hey, ix-ne on the ag-fay all the ime-tay, okay. Trust me yoai or whatever the hell they call it does nothing but promote the homosexual lifestyle, rape, statutory rape, pedophilia. Must of these girls in my opinion have never had gender roles, have unhealthily mentality and have a sexual identity problem. Trust a lot of their "art"(I use that word loosely) is nothing but perverted and disgusting shit. What kind of parents let their girls get into this kind of stuff? This kind of stuff is the worst that Western society has to offer. My favorite argument from them and their motto is "well homosexual love is stronger then heterosexual love". Ya whatever. I have heard this saying from liberals in the media for years. They just can't look at the fact that homosexuality is an unhealthy lifestyle and isn't consider by a large minority as normal. Nobody wants to see two guys or two girls making out. Take me word, don't look or read these fan girls/boys "art". You well be disturb for life and loss whatever innocence you had left because to these freaks they believe that breaking these kind of taboos makes them brave, it doesn't, it makes them look like perverted, sick freaks.)

2. Anime and manga (Most are anti-American, perverted, weird or pro-green movement.) I ironically though like the Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy series, but then again those games are far from anything that I said above.

HBO ( Sure they have good mini-series like "The Gathering Storm" and "John Adams" but having Bill Maher use his show daily to bash Judaism, Christianity and Americans as well as having that redicious movie "Recount" which of course makes the Democrats and Al Gore the heroes and Bush and the Republicans the evil villains. Oh and lets not forget "Generation Kill" Needless to say I won't ever subscribe to HBO.)

12.Feminist Shows like Ugly Betty (which has a young boy play a gay and flamboyant child. I kid you not.), Sex and The City ( do I really need to explain myself?) Desperate Housewives( read my post in July why) and anything on Oxygen or Lifetime.

13. Lifetime and Oxygen network. ( There both the same with their all men are evil, glamorizing single motherhood, lesbianism, metrosexuality, man-hate television shows. I think I just described every show on Lifetime and Oxygen.)

14. Teen Drama Shows like Gossip Girls and their clones or the show that came before them. Lets glamorize teen sex, drinking and drugs.

15. The View ( Don't need to explain myself.)

16 .MSNBC, CNN, ABC NBC and CBC ( The Barrack Obama and Marxist fan clubs.)

17.Lisa Simpson on The Simpson's ( he makes me want to grab my dads gun and shoot the tv screen.)

18. Every single television on CBC, NBC and ABC or any other network that's is anti-American, anti-capitalist, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, anti-military and anti-male. or basically your average Law and Order episode.

19. PETA (Human haters)

I have been hearing about this a lot from the blogosphere and I wanted to have a word on it. I had a feeling Russia would try to do something like this. I always believed that they were still our enemies. I found it quite fishy that they didn't want a missile defense system near Europe. Not only that but they have been giving our enemies weapons to use to attack our troops and allies. I believe that Russia has always been the puppet master with everything that has been going on. Its quite funny that Putin is giving out statements and not President Medvedev. Putin should cut the act and name himself czar already. He is a unstable little man with a Napoleon complex. This man wishes to restore Russia but to the Cold War era. Back when they were the most feared country in the world. What surprise me the most is how little the United States is helping our allies the Georgian. The Georgian have helped us in the War on Terror by sending 2000 of their own men into Iraq, I think its time for us to help them. However I think Bush is trying to avoid sending troops to Russia for the main reason of going into a third war. But hat doesn't mean we can't send supplies to them. We have to to something. Russia is a big problem that we can not ignore. Putin hates Western society and if he has his way this could spell the end for Western society. Freedom and democracy are at stake and America needs to act now if they want to keep a hold of the things they hold dear. The fate of the Western world is in our hands. My prays go out to Georgia government and their people and to the Russian people who live in a country with a unstable, evil government and leaders who have given them nothing but misery.

President Bush Gets Huge Welcome In Seoul, Korea, Media Ignores

These kind of things touch my heart. In Seoul, Korea, thousands of south Koreans welcomed President Bush and participate in a prayer for the U.S President:

Plus if they report this story, it would prove their messiah Jes-errr Obama wrong. That we are not a mean, bitter country that has destroyed all foreign relationships. Then again, they well be damned if their messiah is wrong. Oh and by the way none of the pro-Bush rallies were government sponsored; they were voluntary rallies by Koreans who appreciate President Bush and the United States.

Olbermann Is Still Crazy

On Fridays Countdown With Keith Olbermann, Olbermann came up with a conspiracy theory that the Govt. delayed the the anthrax case in order to go to war in Iraq:

"For Friday's Countdown show, MSNBC host Keith Olbermann showed up wearing his tinfoil hat to cover the recent break in the Anthrax attacks case from 2001, as he charged that "the government took advantage of this situation to use it as a tool to build up a case to go to war in Iraq," and, stepping into his "conspiracy theory" mode, even suggested that the Bush administration was not interested in quickly solving the case. Olbermann: "And in that context, there would be no rush to find the deranged, solo killer."
During the show's teaser, Olbermann's bizarre choice of words made it sound as if he were theorizing about the possibility of a conspiracy to carry out the Anthrax attacks to build support for invading Iraq, as the MSNBC host used the loaded phrase "it was an inside job" because the suspect was a government employee, and then seemed to link John McCain's speculation from 2001 that the Anthrax "may have come from Iraq," to the "motive." Before playing a clip of McCain, Olbermann teased: "For motive, for explanation, there are few options, and all of them are terrifying, including why people like U.S. Senators were saying this in 2001."

Why does MSNBC still have this insane ranting freak on their show. I mean, this guy called Gen. Petraeus President Bush's lap dog and also told President Bush to shut the hell up. Back then somebody like Olbermann would have had his ass thrown in prison. But then again its MSNBC or should I mean MSDNC, so of course they would never fire bathtub boy even though he is a ratings killer, as long as he share their liberal views he still has his job and his slot on MSNBC. By the way please don't go on my favorite non political show The Soup next time bathtub boy. Why Joel McHale thought it was a good idea is beyond me but what a way to ruin a great episode with Simon Pegg by pairing him with bathtub boy.

A Good Weekend

Sorry I haven't been blogging as much is just I have been busy with other things. Well any way good things happened to me this weekend. My cousin came back from her month long trip to Europe, I pre-order the last Sim 2 expansion pack, The Sims 2 Apartment Life, and the Kingdom Hearts game I have been looking forward to, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, is going to come out in 2009 and I hope early 2009. Well its time for me to get back to blogging and I promise that I will post more often.

House Democrats Turn Of Lights On House Republicans But Republicans Refuse To Give In

In one of the most immature things the dems have done, Speaker Nancy and other house Dems, turned off the lights and microphones when house Republicans were discussing oil prices and an energy plan. However house Reps with everything turned off still kept talking:

At one point, the lights went off in the House and the microphones were turned off in the chamber, meaning Republicans were talking in the dark. But as Rep. John Shadegg (R-Ariz..) was speaking, the lights went back on and the microphones were turned on shortly afterward.
But C-SPAN, which has no control over the cameras in the chamber, has stopped broadcasting the House floor, meaning no one was witnessing this except the assembled Republicans, their aides, and one Democrat, Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich (D-Ohio), who has now left."

Finally the Republicans are starting to show some backbone. I am not surprise that house Democrats were trying to silence Republicans on this issue. That just tells me that Democrats are for high gas prices. After all the worse the economy the more Dems can blame this on President Bush and get their messiah elected. Rielle Hunter's Love Child Birth Certificate Lists No Father

A small MSM outlet actually did a little digging in the John Edwards scandal. Apparently Rielle Hunter son birth certificate does not list the father. When asked why, she said that a lot of women do that:

"The birth certificate of a child who a tabloid newspaper claims is linked to former Sen. John Edwards doesn't identify a father.
The certificate, obtained by The Charlotte Observer today, shows Frances Quinn Hunter was born Feb. 27, more than two months after an Edwards aide claimed to be the father. Andrew Young, a former Edwards campaign finance director, claimed paternity in a statement from his lawyer posted at the political blog mydd.com.

Gremmen said Hartmann wanted to punish the Netherlands for its support of the war in Iraq.
Hartmann appeared before a judge Tuesday and was ordered held for another two weeks for investigation.
"He hates soldiers, and says that the army kills people, so it would be legitimate if he were also to kill someone . . . from the American military - or from its NATO allies," Gremmen said in a telephone interview.
When he failed to find a soldier at the Roosendaal train station, "he got such a crazy, disturbed idea that he killed a civilian," Gremmen said. "

The video game is part of a “confrontational art” exhibit by Chicago-based artist Wafaa Bilal.
In the 3-D game, “The Night of Bush Capturing; A Virtual Jihadi,” players are sent on a mission to kill President George W. Bush.
Bilal, 42, said his art is a personal attempt to deal with the deaths of citizens in the country of his birth. The artist said his brother died in Iraq in 2004 from a U.S bomb.
The game is part of the Freedom of Speech exhibition at FLATFILE Galleries. It runs until Aug. 22.
The game was scheduled for exhibition in March at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., but school administrators shut it down after less than a day, according to a TimeOutChicago blog post.
“The game itself is not an act of terrorism,” said one protester. “But it simply promotes it.”

The U.S Census Bureau declared that as of 2010, the United States will not recognize same-sex marriages, that includes same sex "marriages" in Massachusetts and California. However that doesn't stop the moonbats over at the Washington Post to go on a all out rant over the U.S Cenus Bureau decision.

"Unfortunately the stupidity and unfairness of that law gives [the census] something of a colorable argument," said Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.). "It was aimed very specifically at this. It's all the more reason to repeal it. . . . What is it accomplishing by not having an accurate count? It's not even good demographic policy."
The lack of data about same-sex married couples will inhibit researchers who want to better understand a variety of issues, such as wage differences for gay married couples and discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, said Gary Gates, a demographer at the UCLA School of Law.
"It limits our ability to get quality information," said Gates, author of the Gay and Lesbian Atlas. "In 2000, the census could very legitimately make the argument that with a same-sex couple, someone couldn't [legally] be a husband or wife. And so they were making an inaccurate response accurate by changing them to an 'unmarried partner.' The situation now is different. You are changing potentially accurate responses to inaccurate responses."

Of course with legalizing same-sex marriage would contradict evidence that heterosexual marriages is the best family setting to raise children in. I don't understand stand why liberals stand up for things like sexuality but then again liberals have values like a drunken frat boy.

It seems with each passing day, more scientist are becoming skeptical of global warming. Just yesterday, the American Physical Society, an organization representing nearly 50,000 physicists, are opening global warming to debate, which in quite funny since in 2007 they came to this conclusion:

"Emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities are changing the atmosphere in ways that affect the Earth's climate. Greenhouse gases include carbon dioxide as well as methane, nitrous oxide and other gases. They are emitted from fossil fuel combustion and a range of industrial and agricultural processes.
The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring."

Also a Australian rocket scientist is to becoming skepical on the global warming hoax:
"There has not been a public debate about the causes of global warming and most of the public and our decision makers are not aware of the most basic salient facts:
1. The greenhouse signature is missing. We have been looking and measuring for years, and cannot find it.
Each possible cause of global warming has a different pattern of where in the planet the warming occurs first and the most. The signature of an increased greenhouse effect is a hot spot about 10km up in the atmosphere over the tropics. We have been measuring the atmosphere for decades using radiosondes: weather balloons with thermometers that radio back the temperature as the balloon ascends through the atmosphere. They show no hot spot. Whatsoever.
If there is no hot spot then an increased greenhouse effect is not the cause of global warming. So we know for sure that carbon emissions are not a significant cause of the global warming. If we had found the greenhouse signature then I would be an alarmist again.
When the signature was found to be missing in 2007 (after the latest IPCC report), alarmists objected that maybe the readings of the radiosonde thermometers might not be accurate and maybe the hot spot was there but had gone undetected. Yet hundreds of radiosondes have given the same answer, so statistically it is not possible that they missed the hot spot.
Recently the alarmists have suggested we ignore the radiosonde thermometers, but instead take the radiosonde wind measurements, apply a theory about wind shear, and run the results through their computers to estimate the temperatures. They then say that the results show that we cannot rule out the presence of a hot spot. If you believe that you'd believe anything. "

You know I actually want Cindy McCain to say something nutty or hateful just to see the double standards, but then again Mrs.McCain a bit more classy then that. Like I said before Mrs.Obama openly campaigns and gives out speeches for her husbands campaign, Mrs.McCain doesn't. Michelle Obama needs to keep her mouth shut if she doesn't want anyone to disagree with her anger issues or shame over America, and Obama needs to grow up and stop throwing a hissy fit over it. Wow this has got to be the most idiotic thing that I have read all weekend. I think I even lost a few I.Q points from just reading the comments. You see I am a fan of the game called The Sims(yes I'm a Sims nerd)and they have quite a bit of fan sites also. Well their site allows you write stories and upload them to their website. A quite a bit of stories on their site some of them are really good and nicely done but most of them however suck ass.
Even their "top" stories look like something that a 7th grader wrote last minute in his writing exam. Well at The Sims 2 website there is a thing that they do called "Legacies". A Legacy is were you try to reach ten generation of Sims. Well legacies to put it short are the most unimaginative and overrated pieces of crap that I have ever read. Now you must be thinking "what do a bunch of crappy stories have to do with insane moonbats" well I am getting to that. You see The Sims allow you to have gay Sims and have them "join" in union and The Sims 2 websites does a really crappy job of moderating their site. You will swear that you are reading a bad love novel or a erotic novel.
Yes I read this crap so you don't have to.
A lot of the people who write these stories and post on their threads are extremely moonbatty and you well never see more gay right supporters all in one place then in The Sims websites and on their fan sites. I can't tell you how much hate mail I got while being on their sites. An example of the hate mail I got are "You B!tch", "Go choke on a D!ck" and many other little gems. Well since this game is so popular with women this would be a good example of the average female moonbat mind.
Subject number one into the mind of talentless female moonbats is a Sims fan site called BoolProp.com. Boolprop.com is a site where a bunch of legacy writers from all over the western world talk about their Sims and other stuff. Well this one writer name Orikes (who in my opinion is a very overrated and mediocre writer( I am amazed that her work is always on top in The Sims site, that just tells me that you don't need actual talent, real humor or imagination in today's world) and others talentless writers went in moonbat rant mode over gay marriage. The job of a parent is also to promote gender roles to the children. The homosexual lifestyle is both historically and culturally radical. I mean if gays can marry then why shouldn't incest couples, zoophilia, pedophilia or polygamist couples marry to.

Generation Kill: Another Leftist Troop Bashing T.V Series

On HBO(where else?) run the first episode in their new T.V mini-series Generation Kill which was a book written by reporter Evan Wright. Since my familys too poor to afforode HBO and since that talentless hack Bill Maher still on there after nemerous religon bashing we wouldn't subsribe to HBO anyway. Christian Toto however took the bullet so you and me don't have to:

Why Stop-Loss Sucked Like No Tommorow

Over at BreitBart.com director and ultra feminist Kimberly Peirce talks about how her anti-war movie Stop-Loss tanked. Of course to no suprise she blames back makerting for the movie's faliure instead of constant troop bashing that is in the movie:

"The 40-year-old director said her film was not intended to convey an anti-war message. "
"My goal wasn't 'let's stop war' but rather 'let's understand the huge consequences that happen when we enter into these conflicts, like what happens to the human beings that are involved, the soldiers, the family,'" Peirce said.
"The way the film has been received in America has been fascinating."
In the course of researching her film, Peirce traveled the country interviewing soldiers and their families, attempting to gain insight into what she describes as the "emblematic stories of this generation."
The director believes that has helped distinguish her film from the crop of other Iraq war movies released in the last 12 months that have struggled to make an impact at the box-office.
"Those movies may have had a hard time because they came out early on, they may have not been marketed correctly," Peirce said.
"But what's really unique about our film is that it's been inspired by all real soldiers, it's totally from their point of view. I use their words, their language, their video, and as I've gone across America with it, when people have seen it, they love it."

All I needed was to see the previews and the LATimes going gaga over this movie to see that it would tank like nothing that ever tanked before. Dirty Harry has a priceless comment to Kimberly Peirce's statement:

Rest In Peace Tony Snow

A sad day today. Tony Snow has died of cancer today. He died too young at the age of 53. Tony Snow was a honorable and a gentle man. He was a genuinely kind man who always had a smile on his face. There was never a hint of anger in voice he was too classy to be angry. I loved to hear Tony Snow speak during a press conference even if it was brief. He was so charming and witty it was a real treat to hear him speak. Rest in peace in the Kingdom of God Tony the world well be a sadder place with out your kindness and class.
